[Bug Report] Junk Signal [101304053] is able to Special Summon the monster that was Tributed

使用的萌卡平台： Windows 10

使用的YGOPro： MDPro3 1.3.7

使用的服务器： mygo.superpre.pro 888

进行的操作： I activate Junk Signal, Tribute Scrap Warrior [42711820] as the cost to activate the 1st option of Junk Signal effect, I currently don’t have any other Scrap Warrior in my GY other than the one that was just got Tributed.

期望的结果： I should not be able to Special Summon Scrap Warrior from my GY since I cannot Special Summon the same monster that was Tributed by Junk Signal

实际的结果： I am able to Special Summon the Scrap Warrior that was Tributed by Junk Signal
