“Triple Borrel Launch” has no effect

What you did (steps):

1. Started a Duel
2. Normal Summoned Rokket Loader
3. On Summon Rkket Loader’s effect activates and Special Summoned Absorouter Dragon
4. Link using Rokket Loader and Absorouter to link summon Dilingerous Dragon
5. Absorouter’s effect activates, because it was sent to the graveyard
6. With Absorouter’s effect, user searcherd for Rokket Barrage
7. Activate Rokket Barrage’s Effect from the hand, sent Magnarokket Dragon to the Graveyard and Rokket Barrage is special summoned to the field
8. User activates “Triple Borrel Launch”

Expected Result:
Upon activation, user can activate one of Triple Borrel Launch’s three effects

1. User can shuffle 1 Dragon monster to special summon 1 rokket monster with a diiferent name from the deck
2. User can shuffle 2 Dragon monsters to add 1 Field spell from your GY
3. User Shuffle 3 Dragon monsters to shuffle up to 3 monsters from the opponent’s graveyard to the deck

Actual Result:
Upon activation of card, user didn’t get a choice on which effect to activate, and card immidiately was sent to the graveyard
